Ashley McCool - Head Coach - 1st Season
 

Coach Ashley McCool begins her first season as the head softball coach at Lindsey Wilson College in 2009-10.

McCool comes to Lindsey Wilson -- her first collegiate head coaching position -- after serving as the assistant coach last season at Lee University.

McCool helped Lee to a 39-14 record and a share of the Southern States Athletic Conference regular season championship last season. Prior to Lee, McCool spent two seasons as the head coach at Antioch High School.

As a student-athlete, McCool helped Trevecca Nazarene University to a pair of top-five finishes at the NAIA Softball World Series. She was selected as the TranSouth Conference and NAIA Region XI Player of the Year in 2006 and concluded her career as a four-time all-conference performer. She ranks in the program's top-five in hits, doubles, runs batted in, home runs and batting average.
